Client Comments

Want to know what it’s like working with LimeGreen?

Here are some comments from our clients:

LimeGreen Media have been involved with the RCGP project to develop good social media practice for doctors and have produced a number of ‘on camera’ panel discussions which I have taken part in.  Their specialist knowledge of the medical professions’ concerns and achievements make them a valuable production partner. Their content planning, fixing, presentation, filming and editing skills are highly professional and efficient. Importantly, for me, they also make it fun. This company will provide the highest quality creativity and broadcast support.

Dr Clare Gerada, Chair, the Royal College of GPs

LimeGreen delivered a challenging brief at pace and with great quality. These attributes are rarely seen in the same sentence, which is to their credit.

Sharon Alcock is professional and easy to get on with. She sets her interviewees at ease without compromising her professional standards of questioning. Her background reassures interviewees that she really understands the issues. We will want to return to work with LimeGreen in the future.

Director of Communications, General Medical Council.

LimeGreen produced an information film central to our feedback project for NHS Trusts and used to drive publicity online, at conferences and through social media. The team worked with us to identify powerful content; took care of filming logistics; handled patients, NHS staff and key contributors sensitively and professionally. They were able to direct some wonderful shots and interviews despite location restrictions; helped us script our message and edited the final film creatively and efficiently. All this to a modest budget and tight time schedule. We are delighted with the result. Highly recommended service providers.

Dr Neil Bacon, CEO, iWantGreatCare

LimeGreen have worked closely with us for many years. Sharon and her team bring the highest standards of broadcasting with an acute sense of the needs of clinicians. The results have been fantastic.

Dr Tim Ringrose, CEO,

LimeGreen are a top class outfit, easy to work with, considerate to the patient and clinicians needs. They get the job done. They provided the necessary support expertise whilst never losing sight of the goals we set them. Our film has been very well received by patients, public and our partners.

Millicent Stone, Partner and Consultant Rheumatologist, Circle Bath

Being interviewed on film is a daunting prospect but you put me at ease straight away and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. With an eye for detail you managed to pick out the key points from our work and getting the staff involved made everyone feel part of the process. The finished product was brilliant and showcased our work really well.

June Scott, NHS Wales Procurement

Thank you for all your hard work and for producing, as ever, very professional and high quality videos for us. We’re really pleased with the films and I know the doctors reviewing them were impressed too. It’s always a pleasure to work with you and was great to have LimeGreen as part of our team.

Christine Fielden, Head of Media Relations, British Medical Association

As a charity, The Forever Friends Appeal had ideas and aspirations for a fundraising film. To say we needed guidance was an understatement. Sharon gave us her help and steered us in the right direction with great diplomacy and integrity. We are delighted with the resulting film. It has been an enjoyable experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sharon and LimeGreen Media to others.

Sue Tucker, Forever Friends Appeal, Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Trust.

LimeGreen Media have helped the BMA with a variety of video projects ranging from putting our members questions to the Health Secretary, to producing films to support our lobbying on the Health and Social Care Bill or to promote good working practices. They have always produced highly polished products, and often to tight deadlines.

Gordon Fletcher, British Medical Association

Experienced journalists with a fountain of good tips.

NHS Press Officer

Extremely easy to work with, LimeGreen focuses quickly on the most important issues to explore. They can take a senior member of staff and encourage them to reflect on their own style and presence, including any weaknesses which the training needs to address. As one clinician commented they “stripped me bare and then built me up again.” By the end of training there is always a noticeable difference in the ease and articulacy with which trainees conduct interviews.

Eileen Phillips, Head of Media Relations, Department of Health Informatics

Many thanks for all the evident hard work put into the films – great results. My thanks to all those concerned.

Francesca Thompson, Director of Nursing, RUH Bath NHS Trust

The training was rigorous, thorough and challenging. Feedback was constructive and supportive and it was evident that considerable time was spent preparing and tailoring the session to the needs of participants. I’m confident they are now completely equipped to effectively handle interviews and briefings.
